With over seven years of experience as a therapist, I specialize in working with adults who are facing the complexities of life transitions, such as graduating college, entering the workforce, or exploring new relationships. My focus is on helping clients build self-esteem, resilience, and a sense of purpose during these pivotal stages of life.
In addition, I have a deep commitment to supporting older adults (65+) as they manage unique challenges related to aging, including adjustment, grief, caregiver stress, and chronic pain and illness. I understand the profound impact these issues can have on one's life and strive to offer compassionate, evidence-based care.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based, and Trauma-informed strategies. This eclectic mix allows me to tailor my methods to best meet each client’s individual needs, aiming to reduce distress quickly and effectively.
